Southeastern Regional Games 2010 Information and Registration Packet

Return Event: Air Guns

Track Event will take place on Asphalt Track and scored by Electronic Timing System

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

ALL ATHLETES MUST BE REGISTERED. THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION.

FEES:

$60 and additional $9.50 if competing in Air Guns. Payable to SEWSA Postmarked by 4/9/2010

Registration Postmarked after 4/9/2010 WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

ENTRY FEE INCLUDES:

Awards, T-Shirt, Lunch, and Banquet. Non-Athletes can pay $30 to attend awards banquet.

REFUNDS:

You may receive a refund if you call (843) 280-5632 before 4/9/2010. Refunds will be mailed out within one month following the meet. After 4/9/2010, we will send you your T-Shirt and consider your fee a contribution to the Games.

WHEELCHAIR and AMBULATORY SPORTS USA:

All athletes must be a member of Wheelchair and Ambulatory Sports, USA to compete in these Games. NO EXCEPTIONS! Participants MUST sign up for WSUSA prior to the games this year. Questions can be directed to WSAUSA at director@wasusa.org or call (636) 614-6784. For insurance purposes all participants must be registered to compete in any event of the games. There will be no on-site registration for WSAUSA. If you do not come with a current 2010 WSAUSA membership card, in hand, you will not be able to compete.

CLASSIFICATION:

All first year competitors should have a medical certification form completed by a physician. All medical forms should be on file with WASUSA. All competitors must have proof of classification and provide copy of classification card with registration. Please mail information with your registration. TRANSPORTATION:

Competitors, coaches, and visitors are responsible for their own transportation. Contact the North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce at (843) 281-2662.

LODGING: Host Hotel is AVISTA RESORT

AVISTA Resort for reservations call 800-968-8986. RESERVATION DUE DATE IS 3/23/2010. Reference Group Number 1386557 to make your reservations. If you need to order equipment please ask for.
Two other choices for rooms are Comfort Inn (www.choicehotels.com/sc725) or Holiday Inn (www.holiday-inn.com/littleriversc), ask for Southeastern Regional Games for discounted rates.

WEATHER:

In the event of inclement weather, every effort will be made to run a safe meet. Scheduling decisions will be made the day of the event.
