2008 SOUTHEASTERN REGIONAL GAMES

North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

April 10th – 13th, 2008

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

All Athletes MUST BE registered. THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION.

FEES:

$50 Payable to SEWSA Postmarked by 3/28/2008

Registration Postmarked after 3/28/2008 WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

ENTRY FEE INCLUDES:

Awards, T-Shirt, Lunch, and Banquet. Non-athletes can pay $20 to attend awards banquet.

REFUNDS:

You may receive a refund if you call (843) 280-5632 before 3/28/2008. Refunds will be mailed out within one month following the meet. After 3/28/2008, we will send you your T-Shirt and consider your fee a contribution to the Games.

WHEELCHAIR SPORTS USA:

All athletes must be a member of Wheelchair Sports, USA to compete in these Games. NO EXCEPTIONS! Participants may sign up for WSUSA on site. Questions can be directed to WSUSA at: wsusa@aol.com. For insurance purposes all participants must be registered to compete in any event of the games.

CLASSIFICATION:

All first year competitors should have a medical certification form completed by a physician. All medical forms should be on file with WSUSA. All competitors must have proof of classification. All athletes must be classified prior to competing. Check attached schedule for classification times.

TRANSPORTATION:

Competitors, coaches, and visitors are responsible for their own transportation. Contact the North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce at: (843) 281-2662.

LODGING:

BayWatch Resort for reservations call 1-800-845-9700. RESERVATION DUE DATE IS 3/10/2008. There are 1, 2, and 3 bedroom suites available. If you need to order equipment please ask for: Wendy Hall-Brown and she will assist you.

WEATHER:

In the event of inclement weather, every effort will be made to run a safe meet. Scheduling decisions will be made the day of the event.
